Welcome Back to the Pack!

A new school year is here and The Great Pack 7 is ready for you! We have another year of an amazing Cub Scout program for boys and girls planned for you, including SeaWorld and MacDill AFB camp-outs, Pinewood Derby GLOW IN THE DARK race, EGG DROP, and more great camp-outs and activities.

Returning families can get an early start on re-registration by joining us at Trinity Presbyterian on Monday August 4 from 6-8 for an indoor movie and paperwork night.

NEW and returning families join us on Saturday, August 16, at Trinity Presbyterian from 2pm-4pm for our water games welcome day open house. Come dressed to get wet and cool off.

There will be no meeting the first week of school. Our weekly meetings resume Monday August 18 at 7pm at Deer Park Elementary. The new calendar is up and ready to download. We can’t wait to see our Cub Scout families!

Join Us!

New boy and girl Cub Scouts are welcome to join at any time throughout the year, at any age from Kindergarten – Fifth Grade. Fifth grade students usually cross over to a boy or girl Scouts BSA Troop in February or early March of their fifth grade year. No previous ranks are required to be completed and it’s never too late to attend!

You are welcome to visit during any of our regular den or pack meetings to meet our leadership and your Cub Scout’s den members. Please Contact Us for our schedule and to preview a meeting!

If your youth is aged 11-17, we invite you to visit one of our affiliated Scouts BSA Troops. Troop 77 and Troop 177 welcome boys 10.5-17, and Troop 7 welcomes girls 10.5-17.

Who is The Great Pack 7?

We are a Cub Scout Pack based in New Port Richey, FL. We welcome boys and girls in grades K-5. Our meetings are held at Deer Park Elementary School. Our Pack meets each week during the school year on Monday nights from 7pm-8pm, as well as fellowship events and camps during the summer. Our Pack recently celebrated its 37-year anniversary! We are part of the Suncoast District of the Greater Tampa Bay Area Council. Although we are chartered by Trinity Presbyterian Church of Seven Springs, and grateful for their ongoing support of our program, you do not have to be a member of the church to participate in Pack 7; we welcome Cub Scouts of all beliefs and backgrounds.
