Welcome Back to the Pack!

I know it’s hard to believe, but we are just about 2 weeks away from our Returning Scout Registration Night on August 5th, from 6 PM to 8 PM at TPCOSS:date: We can’t wait to welcome all of our families back this year and have arranged this night just for our returning family to get registered, pay dues, ask questions, and purchase handbooks and Pack 7 shirts. :school_satchel::shirt:
To help you get prepared for the evening, we wanted to give you early access to a couple of digital forms: :memo::calling:
Here are the links to help you get prepared for the evening:

  1. Please complete the Pack registration form: Pack Registation Form
  2. You can pre-pay for your Scout’s BSA Annual Membership, Pack 7 program fee, and September’s monthly fee here. You also have the option to postpone BSA Annual Membership if you plan to use popcorn fundraising. If you have popcorn credit or need financial aid, please skip this link and see the finance table on the 5th: Pre-Pay Registration Fees
  3. Pre-order and pay for your Scout’s den book to take home that evening: Pre-Order Den Book
  4. Please fill out and print the medical form for each family member who will be onsite at meetings and camping. We will need a copy of your insurance card as well: Medical Form

If you can complete all tasks at home, you may skip the meeting on the 5th and submit your medical forms on the 12th or at the first meeting on the 19th. If you have any questions or need to pay dues, please visit us on the 5th at the church, which will help us focus on new families on the 12th. We look forward to seeing you all on the 12th for our Annual Raingutter Regatta and other fun activities!
